Tap 'n Shower Understandings

Your or customer means the person, persons or an organisation acting on their behalf, that have used or brought any goods off of the Tap 'n Shower website.

Delivery date & time is the time and date that any goods order by customers are to be delivered.

Goods are any products which can be brought from our Tap 'n Shower website.

Carrier is the means of transportation of good from us or a manufacturer

Direct means this product is not in stock with ourselves, meaning it will be sent direct from our manufacturers on our behalf.

Supplier the manufacture/stockist of product in question that is being purchase by the customer

Order acknowledgment is the receipt of the customer’s order confirming we have received the order and it is being processed.

Order delivery is an email that will be sent once the order has been processed  stating when product/products will be delivered to the customer

Payment is the transfer of monies from customer to Tap 'n Shower, no order can be processed without the transfer.

VAT is the value added tax to orders that we are obliged to charge.

We, Us, Our is referring to Tap 'n Shower UK Limited.

Carriage charge/delivery charge is the amount that is being charged for the item to be delivered to customers.

Sage pay is the secure method used by us to transfer money from our customer to ourselves.

Christmas Offers & Inclusions

Free postage covers all products on the Tapnshower website for orders over £499 within the promotional period.

Tavistock branded products within all ranges will display in your basket and checkout with the special offer discounting 10% off the purchase price, no other discounts apply however if your overall total is in excess of £499 you will automatically qualify for free delivery.

For all orders over £499 free delivery will be available from the checkout and a 5% discount will be automatically applied to all products excluding those from the Grohe, Triton, Saniflo or any Tavistock products which already have the discounted rate of 10%.

Tap 'n Shower Terms & Conditions 

When ordering products from Tap 'n Shower we ask that customers do not arrange to have goods installed until they have been received and checked for any damages.  Tap 'n Shower will not accept any liability for works or installation charges that maybe incurred by our customers due to failed or late deliveries.

Any products delivered from Tap n’ Shower that have been opening from the original boxes cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, even in the 7 day cooling off period.  If product faulty it will have to be inspected and reported before a credit is issued.

After installation has been completed either by our customer or a 3rd party employed to fit the product, it will be their responsibility for identifying, repairing or replacing any problems/faults with the goods.  Unless the said goods are still under warranty then it will fall to the manufacturer.

Upon delivery of any item customer should check description of the product to ensure the correct product has been delivered before opening and trying to fit the product.  If the customer believes they have been sent the incorrect product, Tap 'n Shower must be informed immediately to rectify the issue quickly and efficiently.

If the product is being fitted by a third party make sure it is confirmed that the product is suitable for the requirements it has been purchased for, before opening the product, as this will affect the product being able to be returned.

If the product is a heating product, Tap 'n Shower strongly advise the use of a qualified heating engineer.  Any heating products no fitted and signed off by quality heating engineers will be void of warranty and will not be able to be returned.  Manufactures of the product may still visit the item but will charge for the service if the product not installed correctly.
