Tap 'n Shower Cancelation, Returns Policy and Faulty goods.

All items supplied to our customers are checked to ensure the items are to the highest of quality.  If goods should arrive to our customers and are in substandard condition our customers have a right to return the item, if Tap 'n Shower have been notified of the defect within 48 hours of delivery, credits or replacements will not be issued if we are not notified with in the 48 hour period.

If goods are damaged they will need to be sent back to ourselves for inspection and report before a credit is issued.  Upon the results of the report a credit will be issued, thought the process the customer will be completely informed.

If the product has been fitted and found to be faulty, it will be taken that the product was delivered intact, and it is faulty upon installation.  Should this happen to any of our customers the product should be left installed and the customer should get in contact with Tap 'n Shower, so we can assist you in the next process.  This could mean customer has to wait until an engineer can come out and check the product from the manufacture, this procedure is entirely out of our hands.

To cancel an order the customer must notify Tap 'n Shower via email or telephone within the first 7 days of the order.  Customers must not just return an item back to Tap 'n Shower without prior notice as it will delay or stop completely the crediting process as it will be hard to identify which customer has returned the items to us.

Orders that have been cancelled after goods have been dispatched from our warehouse will still arrive to the customer and the customer must send them back at their cost in order to gain a refund, which will be minus any delivery charges.

Orders that have been cancelled and have been sent straight from manufactures, will arrive to customer if their product has already been dispatched.  Products sent from manufactures may incur a restocking charge and cost of returning item.  If product is on a long delivery date from the supplier (more than 10 working days) no costs will be issued for the cancellation of goods.

If goods are cancelled and they have not left either our warehouse or the manufactures warehouse no charge will be incurred by the customer.

Tap 'n Shower have a 14 day cooling off period, this means our customers have 14 Working days from delivery of product to return their item for a full refund, this is lowered to 7 working days from date of recipt for goods listed as ''special order'' items.  Customer must inform Tap 'n Shower the product is being returned, and the product must be intact, this means that the product must not be opened, as this will affect being able to return the item.

Tap ’n Shower Returns procedure

1.      Email Tap 'n Shower regarding the reason for returning the product.  This email must contain the delivery address the item was sent to, the invoice number the item was brought on, and the product code.  If more than one product is being returned please list all and quantities.

2. Upon receipt of this email our team will generate a collection note which will be sent to the customer.  The customer must then package the item up and attach the return form to the box in order for the products to be returned to us and register the customer has sent the item back.

3. Upon receiving the product back to Tap 'n Shower the customer will be notified the goods have been received back in to our warehouse.

4. The goods will then be inspected to ensure they have been sent back in the same condition in which they were sent.  If goods are being send back due to a fault, they will be sent on to the manufactures who do their own inspection and reports and then send the information back to Tap 'n Shower. 

5. Upon the inspection of a return in mint condition a credit will be issued.  A credit from a faulty good will rely on the report form the manufacture, if found to be in good working condition the customer will have to have the product back.
