  • Please make sure that your order is eligible for return before returning to us.
  • If you would like to return an item to us we will arrange your credit card / Paypal account to be credited. You can authorise your return by e mailing [email protected] and requesting a returns form.
  • Please make sure that the goods are in sealed packaging and are visible without the need to open the packaging.
  • Please make sure that you complete your returns form in full and attach a copy to the sealed packaging and NOT the manufacturers original packaging.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure that that the item and original packaging is complete, unmarked and not damaged in anyway.
  • Damaged items cannot be returned after 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Unwanted items cannot be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
  • Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
  • You may be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us.
  • We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels and taking out insurance for items that have potential to be damaged in transit.

Do you offer a collections service? 

We do offer a chargeable collection service for a large amount of items, unfortunately we cannot offer a collection service for every item we sell and in this instance it would be your responsability to arrange the return of the item to us at your cost.

What address should I return unwanted items to?

How long will it take until I get my refund

Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted, however we understand that occasionally, an issue may occur with your chosen items. Parts may be faulty or damaged, or you may simply not require the particular product any more. If this the case, our customer service team are here to help you. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 14 days of receiving them. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us either by email, telephone or in writing. It is recommended however, that you contact us either by phone or by via email as we cannot allow for any delays in mail deliveries by your chosen carrier. Once your order has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order, it would need to be returned in the usual manner (see returns) If a delivery is refused, any delivery and returns fees will be deducted from your refund.

2. Cancellation and Return of Goods

If you change your mind on your purchase and no longer want the items, you can return them to us provided it is within 14 working days of receipt of goods. Orders can be cancelled without charge before a dispatch notification has been sent. You will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this. All cancelled goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, the manufacturers original packaging must not be marked or damaged in any way. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us. In an item is returned to us not in a satisfactory condition you will be notified and you will have 30 days to arrange collection of the item from us, this can be done by either collecting in person or by sending in a courier to collect. We must be notified of any couriers that will be making collections on your behalf.

Please note: we are unable to accept cancellation at any stage if any item is ordered with any personalisation or items custom manufactured to your specification.

3. Return of Faulty Goods Received

We ask that our customers fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery. To rectify the issue quickly we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods. We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification. Should we request that the items are sent back to us we will arrange a collection for the goods on a day that is suitable for you. During the process of inspecting, we do ask that any damage be reported as soon as possible to ensure a quick and effective resolution, however damaged goods reported within 30 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.

Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.

4. Warranty & Guarantees

All products from Tap ’n Shower are supplied with a minimum of 12 month Manufacturer Guarantee, many products are listed with periods longer than 12 months, in these cases the period listed is still a manufacturers guarantee. Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period we still ask you to contact us initially, we will then advise on the best course of action. Different manufacturer's have different procedures for dealing with faults, on some occasions we will deal with the replacement of goods on their behalf, some of our suppliers will only deal with customers directly so in this instance we will provide you with all the relevant contacts and information, you will need a copy of your invoice from Tap n’ Shower so please let us know if you no longer have this and we will be more than happy to provide you with a copy. They will then arrange repair, replacement or advise alternative procedures.
